Cultural Analysis of a Catholic Elementary School in Southern Illinois

Through my qualitative research, I Identified aspects of an organization’s culture by conducting interviews with 5 faculty, 10 hours of on-site observation, and reviewing organizational texts. Based on my findings I was able to make tentative recommendations to improve the organization.
